Please note once you have completed a registration, you will have created a profile in our new registration system. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password. 

To register more than one child, you will need to click on the orange +Add another child button at the bottom of this form.

To register for future terms you will need to login to your profile and enter your email address and password in the login box above.

Registration is for your children only or those children under your care.  You need to be the primary caregiver to register and give consents on this registration form.  Bookings may be cancelled if these guidelines are not followed.
